Indemnity
The Client acknowledges that only one Request or Instruction is allowed to be in the queue at one time. Once the Client has sent a Request or an Instruction, any further You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold LQH Integrated Operating as LQH Markets, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any loss, cost, damage, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party or incurred or suffered by LQH Integrated Operating as LQH Markets or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, or employees in connection with your use of the website (including use of our trading platform via a demo account) in breach of these terms of use or negligence.Requests or Instructions sent by the Client are ignored and the "Order is locked" message appears until the first Request or Instruction is executed.
Entire agreement
These terms of use (and for live account holders the Terms of Business) contain the entire agreement between you and us relating to your access and use of this website. LQH Integrated Operating as LQH Markets may change these terms of use at any time and will notify you of such changes by posting an updated version of these terms of use on this website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms of use, and if you use this website (including using the trading platform via a demo account) after any such changes are published, such use shall constitute your agreement to such changes.
Prohibited Transactions
You must not direct or instruct us to submit an order or engage in any transaction that would result in a violation of applicable laws, regulations, or market rules, including but not limited to:
(a) Market manipulation, false trading, market rigging, fictitious transactions, black box trading, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, scalping, wash trading, or order matching;
(b) Insider trading;
(c) Short selling in violation of applicable regulations;
(d) Actions that create a disorderly market or compromise market integrity or efficiency; or
(e) Any misleading or deceptive conduct.All transactions must comply with relevant laws, governing legislation, and regulatory requirements.
LQH Markets USD 50 Promo Account: Terms and Conditions
1. The offer. LQH Integrated Ltd, trading as LQH Markets ("LQH", "we", "us"), funds one new live MT5 account opened through the campaign link (the "Promo Account") with USD 50 of promotional balance (the "Promo Balance"). No deposit is required. These terms form part of your agreement with LQH for the Promo Account and apply together with the LQH Markets Client Agreement. Where these terms differ from the Client Agreement in relation to the Promo Account, these terms apply. By claiming the Promo Balance you accept these terms.
2. Who can claim. You must be 18 or over and new to LQH: no existing or previous LQH account in your name or at your email address, phone number, address or household. One Promo Account per person and per household. The offer is not available to citizens or residents of the Restricted Regions set out in clause 5.6 of the Client Agreement, or anywhere the offer would be unlawful. We may require phone verification and identity verification at any time, and always before a withdrawal.
3. The Promo Balance. The USD 50 is funded by LQH, not deposited by you. It is not Client Money as defined in the Client Agreement, cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, and is an applicable restriction on withdrawal for the purposes of clause 11.6 of the Client Agreement. It is yours to trade with. Losses reduce it, and if the account's equity falls to zero the Promo Account is closed. Promo Accounts trade at 1:100 leverage with a maximum of 0.5 lots open at any time.
4. What you can withdraw. You may withdraw profit above the Promo Balance (equity minus USD 50) up to USD 300 per Promo Account, once all of the following are met: (a) phone verification and identity verification completed in your own name; (b) at least 1 standard lot traded on the Promo Account across at least 3 trading days; (c) the withdrawal is to a wallet or payment method in your own name. One withdrawal per Promo Account. On withdrawal the Promo Balance is removed and the Promo Account is closed. Withdrawals are reviewed before payment and may take up to 3 business days.
5. No deposits. The Promo Account cannot receive deposits or internal transfers. To deposit with LQH, complete identity verification and open a standard live account; the Client Agreement and any deposit promotion current at the time apply to that account.
6. Inactivity. There is no fixed expiry. A Promo Account with no trading activity for 7 consecutive days is closed and the Promo Balance removed. Open positions at closure are closed at market. A withdrawal of profit under clause 4 must be requested while the account is open.
7. Fair use. The Promo Balance is offered for genuine trading by one person. The following are prohibited and will result in the Promo Balance and any profit attributable to it being voided, the Promo Account closed and, where appropriate, other LQH accounts closed: claiming more than one Promo Account, including through other people, other email addresses, devices, IP addresses, payment details or a shared household; opposite or hedged positions across Promo Accounts, or between a Promo Account and any other account at LQH or elsewhere, used to lock in a payout; latency arbitrage, price-feed or news-spike exploitation and any practice prohibited by the Client Agreement; false, borrowed or purchased identities; VPNs or proxies used to misrepresent location; selling or transferring a Promo Account. LQH's determination under this clause is final.
8. Changes. LQH may change, suspend or end the campaign at any time without notice. Promo Accounts already funded keep the terms in force when they were opened.
9. Partners. The campaign is promoted through third-party partners, including ZeroAlgo, who may be paid by LQH for referrals. Partners do not act for LQH, and nothing they publish is advice from LQH.
10. Risk. CFDs are leveraged products. The Promo Balance can be lost in full. Nothing in this promotion is investment advice.
